Zippy offers grocery delivery services to our business office clients- providing a reliable grocery delivery of the essentials you need to keep your office running. Whether your business needs a lot or just a few things, Zippy delivers a consistent and complete order and only needs to learn where to park and how to access your business once.
Short- Term Rental Guest Delivery
Starting at $40/order delivery fee
Treat your short term rental guests to the luxury of checking in to their home away from home with their essentials for their stay waiting for them, in the refrigerator and freezer as necessary. Your Zippy shopper will require access to your rental unit like a cleaning crew.

The first step to becoming a Zippy member is your free welcome meeting. If you have any questions prior to this step, check out our FAQ and don’t hesitate to Contact Us. Our standard options for your welcome meeting include video call, phone call, or in-person in a public area like an apartment building lobby or local cafe. We also offer a fully online welcome meeting experience which may require follow-up communications.
In order to ensure Zippy services are accessible to all members of our community, a welcome meeting may be completed via family member or caregiver. Please complete this inquiry form to schedule a Zippy Welcome Meeting on behalf of someone else.
Please note that a face-to-face interaction between the client and shopper must occur prior to any in-home deliveries made to unoccupied units or homes. Typically, this requirement is met during your first Zippy delivery (shopper will not enter your home at this time).

After our onboarding process where we learn how to best deliver your order, your way, you will receive communications as outlined in your Welcome Meeting with the ability to pre-select your delivery days for the following month to secure the best rate for your delivery.

Those who join mid-month are able to select their first delivery date at the best rate for a delivery day 24+ hours following becoming a Zippy Member. Current members are invited to select delivery dates for the following month at least 2 weeks prior to the end of the previous month to secure the lowest possible delivery rate. Additional delivery dates are available on shorter-notice for an additional charge. Our members enjoy the structure of knowing when they will be able to receive an order in advance to best plan and strategize for their needs with the luxury to finalize their order closer to delivery.

Once your delivery dates are selected, you will be able to officially place your order by 6 PM the day prior to your delivery day. How Zippy Members place their order may vary in order to accommodate our members needs, and any day of additional requests will be honored as often as possible.

At Zippy, we pride ourselves in delivering your order, your way, which is why we take the time to get to know the needs and preferences of every single customer to streamline and optimize their experience. Payment will be required upon or prior to the time of delivery and processed as determined in the Welcome Meeting. Any additional needs involving your delivery will also be completed at this time as determined in your Welcome Meeting.

During your welcome meeting, you can explore a variety of ways to actually place your order, in addition to identifying your preferred stores. During the meeting and throughout your time as a Zippy client, your private shopper will gain an understanding of key aspects of your needs to provide a seamless and successful private shopping experience. Zippy also has a Grocery List template for our customers who chose to use it. We can provide a fillable template digitally or on paper for our clients, depending on their preference.

In the welcome meeting, our clients select their level of communication and preferences for a seamless experience. Zippy clients can choose:
High Contact: Direct communications about all product substitutes
Select Contact: Identifying select items they’d like to be contacted about regarding substitutions
Low Contact: Best judgement of your private shopper based on welcome meeting preferences and previous orders

With a private shopping service like Zippy, we can provide added value compared to your typical app-based grocery delivery. Since Zippy deliveries come in reusable and insulated bags, we can deliver your order, your way while keeping the planet in mind. Our clients receiving deliveries behind gated access (ie. apartment, gated community, side/back door, inside your home, etc.) enjoy the piece of mind that they can provide access to their home for a delivery to one shopper, and not have to explain to everyone randomly assigned to your order through a delivery app.
Receiving your Zippy order could look like:
Door Drop-off Delivery: Similar to what you’d expect from an app-based grocery delivery, Zippy can deliver your order to your apartment, front, side or back door, including behind gated access.
Assisted Delivery: Designed for our clients with mobility and/or lifting limitations, your Zippy shopper can bring your order inside your home and assist you with placing items where they need to go.
In-home Delivery: Available to our clients when their home is currently unoccupied, your Zippy shopper can unload items into your refrigerator, freezer, and counter as appropriate.
Garage Delivery: Clients with Electronic keypads for their garage can receive a secured delivery of their Zippy order to a designated area in the garage.

Zippy has multiple methods for clients to complete payment for their order and delivery. Please keep in mind that payment is required in advance or upon time of delivery unless there is an extenuating circumstance. Our payment methods include:
